ANNUAL SPORTS DAY - INVITATION

Sub: Invitation to 19th Annual Sports Day 2011 on Wednesday 16.11.2011
You are cordially invited to the 19th Annual Sports Day on Wednesday, the 16th November 2011 at 3:00 pm at Sohar Sports Stadium. Mr. Mohammed Ismail Al Kamali, Director, Ministry of Sports, Al Batinah Region, Sohar has kindly consented be the Chief Guest. Please be seated by 2:45 pm.
Only the participants of Sunflower Drill, Formation Dance, Aerobics and Pyramids will be coming to school for rehearsals from 7:45 am to 2:00 pm. All students to bring their water bottle and tiffin. All the participants should come in school uniform.
Saturday 12.11.11, Sunday 13.11.11 & Monday 14.11.11
The school will have regular classes.
There will be no regular classes. All the participants of races, relays, March Past, Pyramids, Sunflower Drill, Formation Dance and Aerobics will come to the school at usual school time i.e. 7:45 am for rehearsals and other preparations. Students will not bring books but should bring tiffin and water bottle. Dispersal will be from Sohar Sports Stadium, Sohar at 12:05 pm for KG and 2:00 pm for rest of the classes. The entry will be from Gate No. 5 & 6 of Sohar Sports Stadium.
All participants should reach Sohar Sports Stadium at 1:15 pm. They should bring the costumes for their races and other respective item as instructed by the concerned teachers. For March Past, Funny races and Volunteers, the dress will be white uniform with white P.T. Shoes. Students participating in various races should wear black shorts (for boys) and black short/slacks (for girls) and plane coloured T-shirts of their respective houses. The dresses should be neat and clean and ironed. The shoes should be washed and polished. The Student Council Members to come in white uniform, white PT shoes, red tie and navy blue blazers. All students should bring tiffin and water bottle. All participants to enter the stadium from Gate No. 5 & 6.
