Dear Parent,

Sub: Mobile Phones in the school

As you have been informed earlier, students are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. It is observed that while most of he students conform to the above rule, some students still bring mobile phones to the school. The school has decided to adopt a strict policy in the matter. So from now onwards if a student is found with a mobile phone in the school, it will betaken away and not be returned.

In cases of extreme necessity, where some students come from far off areas or other such cases, the parents may take written approval from the Principal. In such cases, the students will be required to deposit the phone with a tag indicating name,class and GR no. of the student to the office immediately on his /her arrival at the school and take it back when the school gets over. The students will not be allowed to keep the phone with them in the school.
