Dear Parents,

                                 CONCERT ON WEDNESDAY, 18.04.2012
A)Tuesday, 17th April 2012

• There will be no regular classes
• Only participants shall be in school for dress rehearsal from 7.40 am. to 2.10pm. Others will not come to school.
• Transport arrangements to be done by parents.

B)Wednesday, 18th April 2012

• There will be no regular classes.
• All the participants and volunteers should report to their teacher-in-charge at 4.00 pm
• Transport arrangements to be done by parents.

 General Instructions:

1. Children should be kept with the parents, and not allowed to go near the stage.
2. Private photography/videography by parents is not allowed.
3. Parents may park their vehicles in the open ground on the left side of portacabin classrooms. ROP officials will be on duty.
4. Participants must come dress in their costumes and with light make-up on.
