An all-in-one DVD containing Video Movies of Independence Day, Republic Day, and still photos of Exhibition, Independence Day and Republic Day are available with Mr Sathish, Librarian. Interested students may pay RO 2.000 at the school fee counter by Sunday 09.05.10 and collect the DVD from Mr Sathish.

Concert On Thursday,22.04.2010
A) Tuesday,20 April 2010 & Wednesday 21 April 2010
1. In order to facilitate rehearsals and preparation for the Concert,there will be no regular classes.
2. Only participants shall be in school from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Others will not come to school.
B) Thursday,22 April 2010
1. There will be no regular classes.
2. All the participants and volunteers should report to their teacher-in-charge at 4:00pm.
Annual Day On Monday,26.04.2010
C) Saturday,24 April 2010 & Sunday 25 April 2010
1. Only participants shall be in school for dress rehearsal from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
D) Monday,26 April 2010
1. There will be no regular classes.
2. All the participants and volunteers should report to their respective teachers -in-charge at 4:30pm.
General Instructions for both programmes
1. Children should be kept wih the parents, and not allowed to go near the stage.
2. Private photography/video-coverage by parents is not allowed.
3. Parents may park their vehicles in the open ground on the left hand side of junior school building. ROP officials will be on duty.
4. Children should be collected from the respective teachers only at the end of the entire programme.
5. Participants must come dressed in their costumes and with light make-up.

Sub: SAI & TIMES OF OMAN Essay Writing and poster making competition
We are pleased to inform you that Times Of Oman Essay Writing and Poster Making Competition will be held on 29th April 2010 in the school campus. Selection for the same will be held on 5th April 2010 in the hall in the new block at 8:00am. The topics for both the competitions in different age groups are:

Papers for essay writing and poster making will be provided to the participants. Other materials required for writing/drawing will have to be brought by the participants. Participants will be given 90 minutes for essay writing and 120 minutes for poster making. The essay to be limited to 400 words for A and B groups and 700 words for C and D groups. The students participating in these competitions will have to make their own arrangements for conveyance on 5th April 2010 entries will be judged on creativity, content, technique and efficacy of conveying the human values selected.

Sub : Photocopy of Resident Cards
This is to inform you that the fees for the first term will be accepted only on submission of photocopy of parents’ resident cards. Photocopy of students’ resident card shall also have to be submitted for children aged 14+. Please bring photocopies of the resident cards when you come to deposit first term fees.
