Sub: Wordsworth English Recitation Competition for Class III & IV

The school is organizing `Wordsworth English Recitation Competition’ on Monday 10.05.10 during the School hours. The Selections will be held on Saturday 08.05.10. Criteria for selection will be expression, voice modulation and pronunciation. The child can recite any poem by any poet.

Dear Parent,

The school would like to conduct a survey to find the feasibility for starting Commerce Stream in classes XI and XII in the years 2013-14 and 2014-15 respectively. Parents of present classes VIII and IX are required to give their consent if they would like their children to study Commerce subjects when they come to Class XI and XII.

The present two Science Streams of Maths and Biology will continue.

A workshop for teachers will be conducted in Indian School Muscat on Thursday, the 15th April 2010. Teachers are required to attend the workshop.

The school will remain closed for students on Thursday the 15th April 2010.

Dear Parent,

We are pleased to inform your son / daughter _____________________________________________ has been selected for participating in Science Exhibition/Quiz on Friday, the 9th April 2010 at Al Falaj Hotel, Muscat. The travel details are as follows:

Reporting Time: 6:00 am

Departure from school: 6:15 am

Arrival at school 10: 30 pm (Parents to pick up students from school)

• The students have to come in grey uniform with black shoes.

• The students will not bring any valuable item along with them.

• Parents if desirous of attending the function should make their own transport arrangement. Students will go with the school team.

• RO.1/ will be collected per student towards transport charges. Please submit the participation fee at the school fee counter and get the receipt.
