Dear Parent,

Sub: Parent-Teacher meeting for Classes V to VIII

Parent-Teacher meeting for classes V to VIII will be held on Wednesday, the 19th May 2010 from 7.00 pm to 9.30 pm in the Junior wing block. The parents should meet the class teacher and subject teachers of the child in the rooms allotted for the purpose. Room Allotment Chart will be displayed on the notice oards.

You will appreciate that there is a large number of parents waiting to meet the teacher, hence you are requested to keep your meeting with teachers limited to five minutes.
